Dear Sergey, Dear St. Petersburg colleagues,

On the news I have heard about the terrible attack in a St. Petersburg metro station. My colleagues at the International Secretariat and I sincerely hope all of your families, friends and colleagues are safe and not affected.

As I live in the area of Paris, the 11th arrondissement, were several such attacks happened over recent years – I know sadly only too well the shock and worry such events bring and I am thinking of you.
